Charleston Trade Center is a 787-acre industrial park currently under development near Summerville in Berkeley County. The Center has plans to build several buildings with more than 2.8 million square feet total.
Landmark Construction was hired to provide site work for the park’s roadway and infrastructure as well as two separate building pads. The building pads were constructed for a 307,000-square foot and 615,000-square foot building.
The infrastructure work included erosion control, site demolition, grading, storm drainage systems, sanitary sewer, site fire and water, curb and gutter, asphalt paving and striping, and site concrete.
