Sloan brings over a decade of experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management to his new role.

A native of upstate South Carolina, Sloan’s passion for construction was ignited at The Citadel Military College. After graduating in 2014, he began his career with Martin Marietta Materials, demonstrating exceptional leadership and strategic acumen throughout the Carolinas. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Business Development & Sales for a major ready-mix producer in Raleigh, NC.
