Charleston, SC — Landmark Construction Company, Inc., a leading family-owned civil construction company, is pleased to announce that Anthony M. Garcia, current Chief Operating Officer, will succeed Rick Mixson as President & CEO, effective February 1, 2025. This transition marks a significant milestone in the company’s continued growth and commitment to excellence. 

Anthony M. Garcia has been an integral part of Landmark Construction Company, Inc for the last year and a half, bringing extensive leadership experience and a deep understanding of operations, culture, and values. As COO, he played a key role in driving strategic initiatives, expanding business operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service for our customers, and delivering financial results to the company shareholders.

In assuming the role of President, Garcia will focus on strengthening customer relationships, expanding our regions, product offering, driving innovation, and continuing the company’s legacy of excellence in the civil construction industry.

Their continued involvement provides stability, strategic guidance, and a seamless transition as Garcia steps into the role of President & CEO.
