Landmark bid and was awarded the full sitework package for Project Connect by Richland County’s Construction Manager, T&H Design/Build. Spanning 1600 acres, the project includes mass grading, erosion control, installation of stormwater utilities, and the procurement of stone for building pads, laydown areas, and roads. Landmark will move roughly 25 million cubic yards of dirt and utilize over 500,000 tons of stone, highlighting the company's capacity for large-scale, complex construction endeavors.

Landmark will employ cutting-edge technologies, including autonomous compactors, to enhance operational efficiency while minimizing environmental impact. Additionally, the project team will utilize advanced surveying equipment, including drones, to ensure precision and accuracy in construction tasks.
