Charleston, SC – August 30, 2024 – Landmark is excited to announce the promotion of Kyle Spearman to the position of Assistant Grading Manager.

Kyle, after graduating from Clemson University, joined Landmark’s Sitework Division in April of 2016 as a laborer before being promoted to sitework field engineer, to assistant superintendent, and then superintendent.

In his new role, Kyle will spend the majority of his time in the field. When asked what he is most looking forward to, he responded, “I am excited to impact Landmark on a greater scale, and am especially excited about making jobs more efficient, better utilizing our equipment, and helping the grading department perform on a higher level.”

Kevin Elmore, a Senior Project Manager in our Site Work Division, said of Kyle, “Kyle is truly a rising star and an example of excellence. He has steadily risen through the ranks and starred at every level. He will bring a wealth of knowledge and leadership into a managerial role and will do great things helping to teach his best practices while fostering and deepening our culture.”
