Charleston, SC - November 5, 2024 – Landmark is pleased to announce the promotion of Kylen Randolph to the position of Recruiting Manager.

After serving 10 years in the United States Air Force, Kylen worked as a Soldier & Family Readiness Specialist for the Department of Defense before moving into the field of agency recruiting in Charleston, SC. Kylen joined Landmark Construction in October of 2023 as a Recruiter.

When asked what he is most looking forward to, he responded, “First and foremost, I am excited to implement talent management strategies for our quickly growing organization and am glad to have the opportunity to mold and mentor new recruiters. I'm looking forward to the new talent this will allow us to bring on. These individuals will drive Landmark into the future.”
