Project Connect is a transformative development initiative spanning 1,363.2 acres. The project involves extensive earthmoving and site preparation, with a total of approximately 24,200,000 cubic yards of earth being relocated. This large-scale operation is supported by 165 pieces of equipment and over 100 field employees working to ensure the project meets its ambitious goals.

The scope of work includes clearing and grubbing the expansive area, followed by precise grading to establish a stable and level foundation. Erosion control measures are implemented to protect the environment and comply with regulatory standards. The installation of underground utilities is a critical component, encompassing water distribution systems, sanitary sewers, and storm drainage infrastructure.

To facilitate the construction process, substantial amounts of fill material are strategically placed and compacted to form building pads and other essential site features. This involves meticulous coordination and precision to achieve the desired compaction and stability.

Additionally, Project Connect entails the construction of access roads, parking areas, and other essential infrastructure to support the movement of materials and personnel across the site. This includes installing curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and lighting conduits to ensure the site is fully equipped for future development.
