Project includes pile supported foundations, post tension slabs on grade, shear walls, columns, 2nd & 3rd level post tension podium slabs for two buildings and a pre-cast parking garage. The project will become a mixed use retail and multi-family housing development on Hutchinson Island in Savannah, GA. The project includes approximately 70,000 SF of conventional slab on grade, 35,000 SF of post tension slab on grade, and 69,000 SF of post tension podium slabs. Over 9,000 CY of concrete, 550 tons of reinforcing steel and 140,000 lbs of post tension cables will be incorporated into this project.
