Landmark Construction undertook the development of a 30-acre site in Berkeley County, resulting in a 350,000-square-foot industrial building. The project involved the extensive earthmoving of 160,000 cubic yards to balance the site. We installed 4,000 linear feet of water main for the fire loop and domestic service to the building, along with a 20-foot deep grinder pump station with a 2-inch forcemain to connect the sanitary service to the existing infrastructure. Additionally, we paved 31,000 square yards of access driveway and parking areas.
