Landmark Construction played a pivotal role in the development of three significant lots within the Omni campus, encompassing Lot/Building 2A (19.4 acres, 240,000 square feet), Lot/Building 2B (23.2 acres, 240,000 square feet), and Lot/Building 3 (25.8 acres, 320,000 square feet). Our responsibilities included comprehensive site preparation and infrastructure development, featuring erosion control, earthwork, mass grading, drainage, and site utilities. This project highlights our expertise in managing large-scale developments and delivering essential site infrastructure.
