The project involves comprehensive site work and cast-in-place concrete construction to ensure a stable and functional infrastructure. Sitework includes earth work, erosion control, storm drainage, sanitary sewer systems, wastewater management, domestic and fire water systems, and asphalt paving with stone surfacing. The cast-in-place concrete work covers heavy mat foundations, ground-level slabs, reinforced concrete walls and columns, containment structures, trench drains, pre-cast topping slabs, and an 18-foot deep machine pit. The project will utilize over 12,000 cubic yards of concrete and 1,000 tons of reinforcing steel, demanding meticulous planning and execution to meet high-quality standards and functional requirements.
