Our project team is making significant progress at the Kelly Branch site, a state-of-the-art distribution center located in Summerville, SC. This impressive facility spans 385,000 square feet and is situated on a sprawling 48-acre property. Designed to streamline logistics and enhance operational efficiency, Kelly Branch is poised to become a pivotal hub in our distribution network.

Landmark is responsible for the extensive site work required to bring this project to life. This includes the construction of a massive building pad, utilizing advanced grading techniques to ensure a stable and level foundation. Our team is also installing comprehensive underground utilities to support the facility's operations, including water distribution, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage systems.
