Landmark Construction is spearheading the Newton Way Expansion to accommodate the Bosch-Jedburg facility's growth. This project involves relocating a 200,000-cubic-yard existing stockpile to make way for the facility's expansion. Utility installations include extending the existing fire loop to support the building's expansion, along with new sewer service and stormwater upgrades for the existing industrial site. In the coming months, Landmark will complete the site finishes, including curb and gutter installations and asphalt paving for the main access drive and the new personnel and truck court parking lots.
