Port 95 Business Park is located in St George, Dorchester County SC.  Conveniently located off Highway 78, this site will be home to three ready-to-use warehouse facilities.  Landmark was responsible for all the clearing and ground improvements on the 70 Acre Parcel.  Included within this work was the excavation of four ponds, exporting of unusable soils, cement stabilization, and balance of onsite usable soils.  The project included water and sewer services/main lines to each facility and has a Storm Drainage system connecting all the ponds to provide additional storage capacity.  In order to provide the Business Park with better access, Landmark also performed road widening and turn lane improvements on Highway 78 to allow for better ingress and egress from the site.  Landmark and its subcontractors installed curb and asphalt paving across the job to prepare it for new tenants.
